In 2022 Javier Martín Losada from Spain did a great job at GTC100, finishing in 25th position.

This year, because of an injury, he couldn’t train properly, so he participated in the same race in a different way:

“I ran more relaxed, enjoying the views, the splendid beauty of nature, the speakers and DJ, the volunteers”, he says.

“For me Gran Trail Courmayeur represents the true spirit of trail running: a race that gives you no rest, a perfect organization, a gentle staff, and some of the most beautiful landscapes of the world”.

This year he had the possibility to make this wonderful video.

JAVIER MARTIN LOSADA

45 years old from Nerja, in Andalucia (Spain), he started mountain running in 2016, with a preference for Ultras.

“I’m in love with this sport, I do it for passion and for the sensations that landscapes offer me, in particular in Courmayeur. My dream is to run TOR330 in 2024”

He ran Ultra Trail Bandoleros, Gran Valle del Genal, Desafio Calar Rio Mundo, Swiss Peaks, Tranvulcania by UTMB, and many more.
