A complete sell-out in record time. Some races sold out in just over ten minutes, others in a few hours, but all five TORX® with Kailas races are now full. The 2026 edition is shaping up to be increasingly spectacular, with nearly 3,000 athletes from more than 80 countries.

The TOR450 – Tor des Glaciers will open the TORX® with Kailas program, starting from Courmayeur on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 8:00 PM. It is the most extreme race in the VDA Trailers program: 450 kilometers and 32,000 meters of elevation gain along the Alta Via 3 and 4, in a setting of total self-sufficiency and adventure that makes it one of the most selective races in the world. There will be great curiosity to see TOR330 icon Franco Collé compete over a distance new to him.

For the TOR330 – Tor des Géants®, the flagship race of the event, the countdown leads to the start on Sunday, September 13, 2026 from Courmayeur, with two starting waves at 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The course remains the legendary one along the Alta Via trails of the Aosta Valley: 330 kilometers and around 24,000 meters of elevation gain, a journey that continues to attract athletes from all over the world.

There are 1,100 registered runners, to which top runners and wild cards will be added in the coming months. They have already achieved the first goal — securing a bib — either through PAX, by finishing a race in the international TORX® eXperience circuit, or through the draw.

On Tuesday, September 15, 2026, it will be the turn of the TOR130 – Tot Dret, starting from Gressoney-Saint-Jean at 9:00 PM. Its 130-kilometer course with 12,000 meters of elevation gain crosses some of the most iconic landscapes of the Aosta Valley, at the foot of Monte Rosa, the Matterhorn and Mont Blanc, confirming itself as one of the toughest and most intense races in the world: finishers will earn 100 PAX for the following year’s TOR330 – Tor des Géants®.

On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, the TOR100 – Cervino-Monte Bianco will take place, starting from Breuil-Cervinia at 9:00 PM. In just a few years, this race has become one of the most appreciated in the entire program, thanks to a 100-kilometer route with 8,000 meters of elevation gain connecting two of the most iconic mountains in the Alps, the Matterhorn and Mont Blanc. The 500 available bibs confirm the growth of the race, which represents a privileged gateway to the TOR330 dream, offering 50 PAX to its finishers.

The competitive program will close on Saturday, September 19, 2026 with the TOR30 – Passage au Malatrà, starting from Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses at 10:00 AM. Its 30 kilometers and 2,300 meters of elevation gain encapsulate all the magic of TORX® with Kailas, including the passage at Col de Malatrà, the famous “gateway to Paradise” leading to the final descent toward Courmayeur. It is a highly popular race, capable each year of combining intensity, landscapes and TORX® spirit, with the 500 available spots sold out in just 13 minutes.

From April 1, the sale of charity and environmental bibs begins

From April 1, on the TORX® eXperience portal, the purchase window for charity and environmental bibs for TORX® with Kailas 2026 will open, closing on April 30 or when the maximum number is reached.

There will be 20 charity bibs available for the TOR330 – Tor des Géants®, at a cost of €2,000 each, of which €1,000 will be donated to charity. For the third consecutive year, the funds will go to Disval to support the construction of a new inclusive gym in Aosta, a project combining sport, accessibility and community. This initiative is even more meaningful in these weeks, following the return of several Disval members from the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Paralympics. Among them are President Egidio Marchese, skip of the Italian wheelchair curling team, and Aosta Valley representatives Roberto and Mauro Maino, members of the national technical staff.

Italy narrowly missed the semifinals, losing qualification in the final decisive match.

There will also be 10 bibs available for the TOR130 – Tot Dret and 10 for the TOR100 – Cervino-Monte Bianco. The cost will be €1,000, with €500 allocated to support LND Famiglie Italiane Onlus, an organization founded in 2011 dedicated to the fight against Lesch-Nyhan syndrome and to supporting families, with whom collaboration has continued for nearly 15 years.

Alongside charity bibs, from April 1, 10 environmental bibs for the TOR330 – Tor des Géants® will also be available on the TORX® eXperience portal. In this case as well, the cost will be €2,000, of which €1,000 covers registration and €1,000 will fund initiatives aimed at reducing the environmental impact of the event. A dual commitment — social and environmental — that continues to be one of the defining features of the VDA Trailers world.
