A 330-kilometer race, an adventure across the highest peaks in Europe, a challenge that pushes every limit. But the TOR330 – Tor des Géants®, like all the races of TORX® with Kailas, is more than just a competition: it’s a chance to truly make a difference.
Once again, VDA Trailers is standing strong behind a social cause with its solidarity bibs, supporting a dream that is finally coming to life—the renovation of the historic Salle de Gymnastique in Aosta, led by DISVAL.
Those 20 special bibs, available from April 1st to 30th, 2025 on experience.torxtrail.com, at the price of €2,000 each (with €1,000 donated directly to DISVAL), are helping to fund something very real: a fully accessible gym, equipped with innovative tools and open to everyone.
“The start of the renovations was a dream come true,” says an emotional Egidio Marchese, president of DISVAL and Paralympic athlete for the national Wheelchair Curling team. “To keep this dream alive, we need everyone’s support. The sale of the TOR330 – Tor des Géants® solidarity bibs is crucial for us—not only financially, but especially morally. TORX® with Kailas teaches that going beyond your limits is possible, and that’s exactly the message we want to share through this project.”
The gym will be a place for everyone—a space designed to include and unite. It will feature state-of-the-art equipment accessible to people with motor disabilities, fostering integration at the heart of the city of Aosta.
And VDA Trailers is all in. “We’ve decided to continue supporting DISVAL,” explain Alessandra Nicoletti and Paolo Griselli, president and vice president of VDA Trailers, “because we deeply believe in the power of this project, which will return a symbolic and inclusive space to the community. The contribution of the TOR330 – Tor des Géants® athletes goes far beyond a symbolic gesture: it is a concrete action to help build a more open, fair, and accessible society. For us, participating in our races also means this—going beyond sport and making a positive impact on the land and people who live here.”
Alongside the solidarity bibs for the TOR330 – Tor des Géants®, there will also be 10 for the TOR130 – Tot Dret and 10 for the TOR100 – Cervino-Monte Bianco, priced at €1,000 each, with €500 donated to the LND Famiglie Italiane Onlus, an association supporting families affected by Lesch-Nyhan syndrome.
And there’s more. The 10 eco-bibs for the TOR330 – Tor des Géants® are back too, for those who want to support TORX®’s environmental sustainability actions. Priced at €2,000 each, half of the proceeds will help fund initiatives like hybrid vehicles, compostable materials, and hydro-powered energy systems already in place at the event.
Because every step taken on the trail can become a step forward for everyone.
